With the holidays around the corner, it’s easy to focus on the sales, the deals, the material things. This year we’re going a different direction. Over the past two years, we’ve been going working on incorporating mindfulness and meditation into our routine. We know meditation is good for us but that doesn’t mean we know where to start. Headspace – For unlimited meditation on-demand and on-the-go, we love headspace. It’s perfect for people with busy schedules, long commutes or who might not be able to/want to attend meditation classes. You can customize the length and theme of the meditation (anxiety, sleep, productivity) and they even have a few meditations under 3 minutes to fit in no matter what your schedule looks like. 1 year subscription – $96

Float Therapy – If you’re feeling fancy or are thinking of someone (or yourself!) who already has a meditation practice, float therapy was truly one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. You lie in a jacuzzi-sized bath of epsom salt and literally feel like you are weightless. We went to Chill Space NYC where your first float is $99
