As your dietitian nutritionist I will collaborate closely with each client to develop personalized strategies that address their unique needs and goals. We Therapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic work, as well as journaling, mirror exercises and other tools when appropriate. We support open and transparent conversations with clients and if one tool or exercise doesn't feel like a good fit, there are always others that we can use.
