It’s the perfect holiday gift for people with busy schedules, long commutes or who might not be able to/want to attend meditation classes. You can customize the length and theme of the meditation (anxiety, sleep, productivity) and they even have a few meditations under 3 minutes to fit in no matter what your schedule looks like. 1 year subscription – $96

  4. Float Therapy – If you’re feeling fancy or are thinking of someone (or yourself!) who already has a meditation practice, float therapy was truly one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. You lie in a jacuzzi-sized bath of epsom salt and literally feel like you are weightless.
